Best Practices 2024 Expo & Conference's Success Gears Us Up for Best Practices 2025 Expo & Conference

01/27/2025

Best Practices 2024 EXPO & Conference, held at the Cobb Galleria Centre in Atlanta from October 29-31, marked its sixth successful edition and set the stage for an even more promising Best Practices 2025 EXPO & Conference in Kansas City from October 21-23, 2025. The 2024 event recorded nearly 1,000 registrations, showcasing strong attendance and engagement with over 80 exhibitors.

The Best Practices 2025 EXPO & Conference is devoted to Sustainable, Safe and Reliable On-Site Utilities Powering Automation – including Industrial compressed air, vacuums, blowers, process cooling and HVAC.

Sponsored by the Compressed Air & Gas Institute and the Cooling Technology Institute, the Best Practices 2024 EXPO & Conference exhibit hall featured a New Technology Expo Classroom where exhibitors presented their latest innovations. Accessible to all attendees, this classroom was a major highlight. The upcoming Best Practices 2025 EXPO & Conference will expand to include three classrooms: New Compressed Air Technology, New Chiller/Cooling Tower Technology and Maintenance/Fundamentals.

The Best Practices 2024 EXPO & Conference opening and plenary sessions were open to all attendees and featured keynote speakers from Jacobs, Gates, Ardagh Glass Packaging, Black & Veatch, E4E Solutions, Dove Energy Services and Universal Creative.

Comprehensive Education and Training Programs

The Best Practices 2024 EXPO & Conference featured two conference tracks: Track 1 focused on On-Site Utility Sustainability: Energy & Cooling Water Conservation, and Track 2 focused on On-Site Utility Reliability, Safety and Quality. Attendees earned Professional Development Hours (PDHs) for attending the sessions. The 2025 event will also offer two conference tracks for attendees to choose from.

The Hard Hat Compressed Air Maintenance Workshop, introduced in 2024, was highly praised by conference attendees for its practical insights and hands-on training. This interactive workshop featured operational compressed air labs where participants saw the impacts of pressure loss and flow variations, while identifying and repairing compressed air leaks. This workshop will return at the 2025 event in Kansas City.

The Compressed Air Challenge conducted its Level 1 Fundamentals course during the Best Practices 2024 EXPO & Conference. It will also be offered at the Best Practices 2025 EXPO & Conference in Kansas City. Additionally, the Compressed Air & Gas Institute provided its Certified Compressed Air System Specialist (CCASS) exam at a special price of \$275, open to any attendee. This exam will be conducted again at the Best Practices 2025 EXPO & Conference.
