Eurus Blower, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shandong Zhangqiu Blower Co., one of the world’s largest, most modern suppliers of rotary lobe blowers, announced the introduction of the ZCS 824 Vacuum Truck Blower to the North American market. These blowers are used in a wide range of environmental applications.
Eurus Blower’s ZCS 824 Vacuum Truck Blower
The Eurus ZCS 824 Vacuum Truck Blower is a heavy-duty blower designed with integral shaft, ductile iron impellers. The blower is center timed for rotation in either direction. The precisely aligned gears and bearings offer consistent and superior performance at an affordable price. Rugged, detachable steel mounting feet allow configuration in either vertical or horizontal to meet installation requirements. The headplates, gear cover, end cover and rigid, one-piece casing are grey iron. Carburized and ground alloy steel spur timing gears are taper mounted on the shafts, secured with a locknut. Cylindrical roller bearings are used on the drive end with ball bearings on the gear end. Piston rings reduce air leakage through the shaft openings in the headplates, and lip type oil seals prevent lubricant from entering the air chamber and provide oil-free compression.
It provides up to 4,460 cfm with a 15 psi max Δ pressure and 18″ Hg max Δ vacuum. The ZCS 824 Vacuum Truck Blower operates with 880 to 2,470 RPM.
