Eurus Blower, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shandong Zhangqiu Blower Co., one of the world’s largest suppliers of rotary lobe blowers, announced the introduction of the ZDL Series of blowers to the North American market. These blowers are used in a wide range of transport applications.
Eurus Blower has launched the ZDL Series of dry bulk truck blowers.
The Eurus ZDL truck blower offers superior performance and dependability for dry bulk material handling. The smooth running helical-screw rotor design and the precision tolerances engineered into each ZDL blower provides cooler, more efficient compression for extended blower life.

- Four models – ZDL509, ZDL512 (4x3), ZDL512 (4x4) and ZDL513
- Pressure to 18 psig (1.25 barg) continuous, 20 psig intermittent (1.38 barg)
- Vacuum to 17” Hg

Features include:
- Double-end drive shaft – CW or CCW rotation, allows alternate installation inlets
- Lubrication – Grease lubricated on inlet end; oil lubricated on discharge (gear) end
- Bearings – Inlet-end single-row cylindrical and ball bearings, discharge-end angular contact bearings, bearing carriers dowelled to housing to ensure alignment
- Rotors – Helical four-flute gate rotor, two-lobe main rotor, balanced to provide smooth operation
- Housing – One-piece, high strength casting fitted with fusible plug in discharge
- Shaft Seals – PTFE-filled, Labyrinth type ensures minimal leakage
- Timing Gears – AGMA 12 alloy steel, hobbed and shaved
- Dimensionally interchangeable with CycloblowerTM models
