Ingersoll Rand has acquired Lone Star Blower, dba Lone Star Turbo, expanding the company’s industrial technologies and services portfolio.
Based in the United States, Lone Star is a leading manufacturer of centrifugal, geared, gearless and multistage blowers and air compressors, as well as control systems, with a strong presence in water and wastewater treatment and other high-growth industrial industries. The company has an established service presence and a large and growing rental fleet.
Innovations from Lone Star, including engineering expertise, packaged blower systems and custom control systems manufacturing and design capabilities, enhance Ingersoll Rand’s North American portfolio and unlock opportunities for new and existing customers. Lone Star will join the Industrial Technologies and Services segment.
