Engineered for efficiency and easy integration, the MVP 010-3 Neo delivers high performance in a compact plug-and-play format. This three-stage, oil-free diaphragm vacuum pump offers a wide operating range for applications within the 1-10 hPa (mbar) pressure range.
Equipped with a frequency-controlled direct current (DC) drive unit, the rotational speed of the MVP 010-3 Neo can be adjusted to match the required vacuum level. This feature reduces energy consumption and wear. The vacuum pump operates at noise levels below 50 dB(A) and requires minimal maintenance. Its quiet operation makes the MVP 010-3 Neo suitable for noise-sensitive environments such as laboratories. Additionally, the frequency control enables the automatic boost mode, which speeds up startup and evacuation times and reduces process time, helping to reduce costs.
The auto standby mode of the MVP 010-3 Neo reduces noise, wear, temperature and power consumption by lowering the rotational speed of the vacuum pump when full operation is not needed. This helps extend the service life and decrease energy use, making the MVP 010-3 Neo one of the most energy-efficient backing pump models on the market.
Designed for seamless system integration, the MVP 010-3 Neo includes an RS-485 interface for connection with turbomolecular vacuum pumps, external power supplies or control units such as OmniControl. This interface enables easy operation and control over settings like pumping speed. In addition, Pfeiffer AccessLink accessory ports support optional add-ons such as a gas-ballast valve, which improves water vapor compatibility. The MVP 010-3 Neo also serves as a cost-efficient backing pump for small turbopumps, offering reliable performance at a reasonable cost.
The MVP 010-3 Neo diaphragm vacuum pump is suitable for various applications, including R&D institutes, laboratories, mass spectrometry systems, electron microscope systems and X-ray systems. Its compact design and flexibility support the needs of high-precision work environments.
