Piab announced the DFE (Dual Function Ejector) Vacuum Pump, a compact and stackable vacuum pump engineered for durability and versatility.
Piab’s DFE Vacuum Pump
The DFE offers innovative features that are designed to ensure operational efficiency in tough and dusty environments. It is an air-driven, single-stage ejector equipped with dual functionality through its integrated electrical valves for vacuum on/off and blow-off. Configured with a vacuum check valve, the DFE enables the use of external energy saving solutions in the application, as well as more secure handling of sealed materials, such as glass or sheet metal.

The DFE is constructed with an aluminum ejector body, ensuring strength and longevity. Its integrated electrical valve for vacuum on/off control simplifies system set-up. The vacuum pump has an integrated blow-off functionality, allowing quick and smooth operation in material handling. The vacuum check valve provides more secure handling of heavy objects, enhancing safety and reliability or external energy saving functionalities.
The DFE Vacuum pump is dust and water resistant and available as IP65 Classified, suitable for harsh environments. It can be mounted on multiple manifold accessories, offering flexibility in various setups. It’s available in multiple nozzle sizes providing a wide range of vacuum flow performance for different application needs.
