Solberg Manufacturing is taking industrial filtration to a new level with the launch of its largest ST vacuum pump filter and STS liquid separator models ever built. The new six-inch configurations deliver significantly increased airflow capacity, expanded filtration performance and enhanced equipment protection for demanding pneumatic conveying and industrial vacuum applications. Developing the new platform required extensive engineering and innovation to scale the ST and STS design while maintaining the compact footprint, durability and serviceability customers rely on.

One of the most distinctive features of the new models is the transparent, shatter-resistant acrylic bucket that allows operators to instantly see contamination build up during operation without opening the housing or stopping production. This visible maintenance advantage helps encourage proactive servicing, reduce downtime and improve overall system reliability. Combined with larger filter element options and an integrated pre-separation baffle helping to remove heavier particulate and liquid contaminants before they reach the filter media, the new design is built to maximize filtration efficiency and extend element life in tough operating environments.
Designed for applications including pneumatic conveying, CNC routing and vacuum hold-down and robotic automation, the six-inch ST and STS models provide flexible, high-capacity protection in a compact package. The ST model uses a pleated filter element for particulate removal, while the STS version includes an integrated float ball assembly designed to help prevent liquid carryover into the vacuum pump. With optional drain packages, reverse-pulse cleaning configurations and customizable ports for gauges, alarms and switches, the platform delivers a powerful combination of innovation, visibility and performance for modern industrial systems.
